Description

With these four types of Dim Sum all tastes are catered. Vegetarian spicy spring rolls, Ma La Khun, pork and shrimp filled crispy balls, Ham Shui Kok, Samosa triangles with curry beef and the slightly spicy chicken of the Chi Ma Kai are all part of this exceptional selection.

Preperation

Deep-fry for about 5 minutes in oil at 175ºC
Bake in oven for about 15-18 minutes at 190 ºC - 220 ºC

 

Serving suggestions
