Description

A unique selection of three Dim Sum with chicken and one filled with duck. The chicken Dim Sum vary from chicken with sweet and sour flavor and spicy chicken to chicken curry with a touch of coconut flavor. The Duck roll is a spring roll with duck and vegetables in a delicious sweet Hoi-sin sauce.

Shao Ngap Khun | Duck and vegetables
Tim Sun Kok | Chicken, vegetables and pineapple
Chi Ma Kai | Chicken, water chestnut and vegetables
Ka Li Guo | Chicken, vegetables and coconut

Preparation

Deep-fry for about 5 minutes in oil at 175ºC
Bake in oven for about 15-18 minutes at 190 ºC - 220 ºC

Serving suggestions

Serve these Dim Sum with our delicious Sweet & Sour dip. If you prefer spicy, add some Dim Sum Chef Chili dip to the dumplings. More serving suggestions
