Description

The Lo Pak Ko is traditionally made with shredded white raddish and rice flour with shrimps, Chinese sausage and roasted pork. This rectangular shaped Dim Sum is pan fried on both sides which gives it its signature thin crust with a soft inside.

White raddish, roasted pork, Chinese sausage and shrimps

Preparation

Pan-fry for about 4 minutes each side on medium heat with a little bit of oil

Serving suggestions

Cut the cake  in whichever shape you want before frying to get the best result. Serve the cake on top of some noodles or salade with a sweet chili dressing or serve as is with some hot chili sauce. More serving suggestions
