COOKING METHODS



It's simpler than you think!

Treasure Dim Sum Products Ltd products are varied, healthy and delicious. Dim Sum can be cooked by steaming, deep-frying, pan-frying, boiling and baking. Some varieties of our Dim Sum can even be microwaved. Defrosting is unnecessary as our Dim Sum can be cooked from frozen. Our products are ready to eat in no time as they are lightly steamed or fried in advance, keeping cooking time for the consumer to a minimum.

 

Aware of current healthy eating trends, we have adapted our products to meet the demands of the health conscious consumer. The sodium content is less than 1% and the fat percentage is also relatively low. The fat percentage of our Gyoza Shrimp, for example, is 2.8% while the Dutch ‘bitterbal’ is 20%.
